Harry Minns

Harry started his automotive manufacturing career with Jaguar Landover, working from a warehouse supervisor in the Engine Manufacturing Centre up to the systems & data SME for global purchasing, running large data improvement projects. The move to motorsport first came with the AMG Petronas Mercedes Formula 1 team, the team was running ahead of all other teams leaning on its mass manufacturing business to drive best practice and process adherence. During the pandemic a move to creating battery materials for formula E teams with Johnson Matthey ultimately led to a position with Williams F1 Racing working on launching a new ERP system and improving current BAU processes using data to drive best practice and improvements. The move between mass manufacturing and the highest level of motorsport has given Harry a unique insight into 2 manufacturing worlds which are slowly merging together.
